What a beautiful camera and lens! It’s a lens everyone should own with an X1DII, hence the reason I say it should be offered as a kit option. It’s a little faster at f/3.5 vs f/4 but even at f/4 the 45P allows for a little bit of shallow DOF. This lens also is silent. These lenses, which are all designed in Sweden, have all gone through rigorous development, testing and production processes to ensure they satisfy the demands of high-end mirrorless digital capture and high resolution sensors.
