( remember almost all sub manufacture’s do not actually make the plate amp driving their sub) Any decent AVR or 2 channel system should not introduce any distortion when adjusting the gain out to the sub, whether it be a + or – setting. My questions: I'm unsure to the settings for optimal sound quality.
